From a menagerie of hand puppets to intricate coloring pages and fun shoelaces, 60 gift bags for toddlers to teens are coming together. Your donation to this year's virtual giving tree will make sure that all the following reach those in need in our community:
gift bags for kids attending the free Saturday lunch in White Center
Safeway gift cards for low-income families at area elementary schools
electric blankets for residents of Camp Second Chance
supplies for tiny-home construction
To donate, select this link: Donation Page. Online payment or payment by check must be received by 5 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 15.
To turn your donations into “gifts from the heart,” use the blank cards you picked up during the Advent drive-through or call the church office (206-932-5600, ext. 310) to ask that they be emailed or mailed to you.
If the Spirit moves you to give more this season, contact Mary Anne DeVry, (maryannedevry@gmail.com or 206-790-3631) for her list of priority needs this season for families, elders, and unsheltered guests who attend the free Saturday lunch.
