Very Young Children

Our bright, inviting nursery is the first experience of Christian love that an infant or toddler will have at Fauntleroy Church. It provides a warm, safe, and nurturing environment through age three and frees parents to experience worship, attend classes, serve, teach, or sing in the choir, knowing their child is being well cared for. We do a thorough background check on all childcare providers over age 18 every three years.

Sunday nursery: Our nursery is open 9:45-11:15 every Sunday morning in Room 403. The supervisor and a volunteer will welcome you and your child, ask you to complete an information card, and note your cell phone number. Set your phone to vibrate; if your child cannot be calmed after five minutes or another situation arises, we will call you or come get you out of worship. In consideration of other children and staff, please keep a sick child at home.

Childcare: Trained providers are available on request for children too young to be on their own during church events and meetings. Let the church office know one week in advance if you need childcare. If your plans change, please notify the office so we don’t unnecessarily schedule a care provider.
