2nd Time Sale
About
Our 2nd Time Sale is a major event for the whole West Seattle community. Since our first sale in 1994, it has benefited many households in need of bargains, and proceeds have supported our many ministries. We carefully check all donations to be sure that only high-quality items in good repair get onto our well-organized sale floor. Bargain-priced items include kitchenware, furniture, tools, crafts, books, linens, art, jewelry, and toys, plus 'Cut Above' treasures and fine jewelry.
Access
Sale spaces are fully accessible by elevator from off-street parking. The church is served by Metro Rapid Ride’s C line.
How to donate
We accept high-quality items in good repair throughout the year; simply email the church office (info@fauntleroyucc.org) to make arrangements or ask questions. If packing or delivering is burdensome, we can rally volunteers to help. We will gladly provide a charitable-donation receipt. After Sept. 5, make deliveries at the west door of Fellowship Hall.
WHAT NOT TO DONATE
We accept only those items that today’s discriminating shopper would readily take home. Everything must be clean, complete, and in working order. We cannot accept, regardless of condition, the following items:
- Sofas or loveseats
- Large dining tables
- Major appliances
- TVs, stereos, or sound systems
- Entertainment centers
- Sofabeds, waterbeds, futons, mattresses
- Bedsteads or head/foot boards
- Metal chairs with plastic or fabric attached
- Halogen light fixtures or lamps
- Telephones
- Computer or other electronic equipment, including cords/wiring
- Paint or similar products
- Home-remodeling leftovers (tile, old light fixtures, etc.)
- Skis or ski boots
- Violent toys/games
- Clothing or stuffed animals of any kind
