Seattle Public Utilities Zero Contact Kit Pick-Up/Drop-Off

Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is continuing to offer storm drain stencil kits as a fun and safe activity for you and your immediate family/household! This is a chance to get outside, give back to your local community, and learn the importance of pollution prevention in our local waterways – while also upholding COVID safety guidelines. Your safety is a priority, so kits will be in the Fauntleroy Church parking lot every other Wednesday until the end of November (9/30, 10/14, 10/28, 11/11, 11/25 TBD), providing a ZERO CONTACT KIT PICK-UP/DROP-OFF. Kits include: instructions, stencils, water-based spray paint, garbage bags, safety vests, and a Volunteer Safety Requirements & Activity sheet. Please email Kelsey Bailey at kelsey.bailey@seattle.gov to reserve a sanitized storm drain stencil kit and pick it up at one of the above dates. If you do not reserve a kit, a very limited amount of extra kits will be available on a first-come, first served basis. SPU asks that you please return the kits within 2 weeks after the original contact date unless specific arrangements are made. Thank you for helping to make a difference in protecting our local waters and Puget Sound! *Masks are required.
