What We Are Seeking:

Fauntleroy Fine Art and Holiday Gift Show will highlight the creativity of fine artists and crafters. Applicants must be a resident of, or have studio space in, West Seattle, Burien, South Park, Georgetown, or Vashon Island. Painters, glass artists, printmakers, photographers, sculptors, fiber artists, and crafters who exhibit a high level of creativity are encouraged to apply.

What to Include in Your Application:

Email four (4) photos of your art plus one (1) composite photo to fauntleroyfineart@gmail.com. Please attach all of these images in one email with a brief description of your art process for a jury.
An artist statement to be used for publication, 2-3 sentences.
Submit the application form, photos, description, and statement online.
Pay the $40 application fee at www.fauntleroyucc.org - GIVE TODAY under the Art Show Registration tab (one time payment).

Participants will be notified of selection by September 15th. A committee selection process will be used to ensure a variety of art and gift items. **Please note: Past participation does not guarantee your acceptance into the show.

Money Matters: Each participant will be their own cashier. Participants are expected to donate 15% of all event sales to Fauntleroy Church prior to departure on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024. Cash or check in the provided envelope.

Display of Artist’s Work: A single creative medium, offered in a variety of sizes and prices, is preferred. Participants are responsible for all set-up and display sapce. Nothing may be hung on walls. Electrical access and/or 1 table per participant is provided upon application request only. Set up begins Friday, November 1st at 12:00pm (noon) and must be completed by 4:00pm. All materials must be removed by 3:00pm on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024.
