Jan Campbell and Joan Gregory hosted the first Fauntleroy Church Anti-Racism Task Force meeting in their home tis effort began by Jan having individual conversations with many members of the church who had expressed an interest in participating in this effort. Jan sent out a summary of these conversations to those involved. Jan and Joan had engaged musicians who performed “Do I Have the Courage to Change” and “People Get Ready”.

We also had two members of the Anti-Racism Task Force from Seattle First Baptist Church present the joys and challenges of their efforts In addition, Reggie Oliver presented part of his life story, reflecting on his experiences with racism

The meeting of our Task Force then commenced. The end result was that we felt we need to have a couple of additional meetings to define our path forward.
