MARRIAGE: Overview How-To Facilities Marriage Seminars Receptions
Fauntleroy Church
has a large Fellowship Hall in which wedding/covenant service parties are
invited to hold their receptions. The space holds approximately 225 people
and is very lovely when decorated with flowers, tablecloths, and soft
lighting. Parties are allowed to have simple receptions as described below.
We invite and encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful space just a
few steps away from the sanctuary where your service will take place. Please
read the following for more in-depth information. Welcome!
Our Reception fee and the services we can provide to you are as follows:
Total
Reception Fee:
$600.00
Includes: Fellowship Wing, Coffee/Tea, Dishes, Tablecloths for up to 15
tables, Reception Coordinator, Dishwasher and Custodian
Time:
2 hours prior to
start of wedding for set up/decorating
4 hours from the start of your wedding for the actual reception
(Includes time for clean-up)
You may request additional time before or after your wedding/reception at a
cost of $50/hour and subject to the availability of church and staff.
Decorations:
No tape or thumbtacks of any kind on the walls.
Decorations may be hung from the ceiling lights, but not on the pillar
sconces.
Votive, tealight and pillar candles allowed on tables only.
Lit candelabras not allowed in Fellowship Wing.
All extension cords must be taped to carpet using carpet friendly tape.
Food and
Drink:
Warming ovens and refrigerator available for catered food
No hot or cold food preparation allowed. Food must come ready for traying.
Alcohol not allowed on the premises.
No punch with red food coloring is allowed.

NOTE: You are welcome to hold your rehearsal dinner in our facility. The cost is $390 plus dishwasher.
